Why I Do This Work
I started The Amplified Voice because I kept seeing the same pattern: brilliant executives - especially women - asking for $25K more when they should be asking for $100K-$150K more.
They'd built incredible careers. They had the track record, the results, the leadership experience.
But they didn't know how to position themselves strategically. They didn't know how to advocate for their value. And they were leaving life-changing money on the table because of it.
I decided to change that.
My background
I hold a Master's degree in Literature from Northwestern University, where I learned how to craft compelling narratives and understand what makes communication truly resonate.
But here's what might surprise you: I also trained in improv at Second City in Chicago. Improv taught me to listen deeply, think quickly, and help people find their authentic voice under pressure—skills that turn out to be invaluable when helping executives discover and articulate what makes them uniquely valuable.
