Are you a push forward or a step back person?

When you hit a snag or a hurdle, do you make a decision with the info you have and charge ahead, or do you take a moment and look at the whole project from another angle?

I don't think either one is better or worse.

I think it's an interesting way to think about how we lead, what our strategy is, and how we function best on teams.

I can absolutely think back to decisions I've made that were great, or waited too long on.

For push forward folks, what's that like? Are you able to make good decisions quickly? Is movement or doing and needing to course-correct sometimes better than a slower, more methodical approach?
