Ready for New Opportunities? How to Understand Your Unique Value
Whether we see a 'September Surge' in hiring or not, it's great to be ready for opportunities AND be ready to leave if you're experiencing burnout OR if you need a new challenge.
And guess what?

Ask yourself these questions, write/type/voice to text your answers, and then (and only then) edit and refine them, to be sure you're well-positioned for your next move:
❓ Where have I shown up at work where others haven't?
❓ How have I made impact, gotten us across the finish line, or supported strategic change?
❓ What personal qualities of mine support my leadership style?
